Longarming

Time to work on having some fun on my Gammill (Vision-26)! I've copied the Filler Finesse pages from my Machine Quilting Unlimited magazines and I'm loading in some sale fabric to play after i finish some tops. Will post the results...going to try for two or three background fillers and spend about twenty minutes or so on each at first. We'll see how that goes! I've had the machine about two and a half years now and I still panic at the start that I will ruin something! Gotta get over that...

This top will be completed soon...The free pattern is on the Hoffman Fabrics website (hoffmanfabrics.com)  if you want to try it. The name of the pattern is Bali Hai. Loved how it went together as teal is one of my favorite colors. The "amoeba" fabric with the taupe background was purchased at My Little Fabric Garden in Bradford, PA on a visit with my daughter, Lindsay.

Quilted the Hudson River Piecemakers Quilters Guild raffle quilt for their August 2014 show.
